Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a stepdown and/or telemetry environment
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and assessment
• Proficiency in titrating critical drips and managing cardiac medications
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Experience with electronic health records preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring cardiac and complex medical monitoring
• Detect and respond to changes in patient conditions, reporting to care teams as needed
