Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Proven experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) environment
- Proficiency in patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, and managing complex care plans
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to stable environments
- Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs and progress, identifying and reacting to emergent needs
- Administer medications and perform advanced nursing interventions per physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding care goals, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory standards
