Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license and current credentials
• Experience in Stepdown, PCU, or Progressive Care nursing required
• Ability to float within specialty as needed
• Experience handling ED border patients is a plus
• Must disclose all requested time off prior to assignment start
• Willingness to travel and provide compassionate care across multiple facilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent nursing care for Stepdown and Progressive Care/PCU patients
• Manage and monitor ED border patients within your scope of practice
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Float to designated sister facilities within a 15-mile radius, specializing within your area
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring adherence to facility protocols
