Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of recent experience in Stepdown and/or PCU units
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Experience managing complex post-acute or progressive care patients preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Stepdown and Progressive Care patients
• Complete comprehensive assessments, monitor for changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans and progress
• Assist in discharge planning and transitions of care
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation
