Travel Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse (RN) in North Olmsted, OH

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
• 13-week assignment

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of acute RN experience (Stepdown/PCU preferred)
• Current RN license (OH or compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam (study guide provided)
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable in high-stress environments
• Experience with post-cath, post-pacemaker, and advanced airways is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex patient care plans
• Safely administer medications per protocol
• Interpret telemetry strips each shift in EPIC
• Coordinate patient/family education and support
• Manage diverse lines, drains, and advanced respiratory support modalities
