Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
- 13-week assignment
Why This Opportunity Stands Out: In this role on a 33-bed PCU/Stepdown unit caring for a diverse, high-acuity patient mix (including cardiac telemetry, post-cath, and complex medical/surgical cases), you will:

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of acute RN experience (Stepdown/PCU preferred)
- Current RN license (OH or compact)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam (study guide provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable in high-stress environments
- Experience with post-cath, post-pacemaker, and advanced airways is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex patient care plans
- Safely administer medications per protocol
- Interpret telemetry strips each shift in EPIC
- Coordinate patient/family education and support
- Manage diverse lines, drains, and advanced respiratory support modalities
