Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday

Working in a 33-bed progressive care unit, you’ll care for a diverse patient population—ranging from cardiac telemetry to vascular and med-surg, including post-cath and post-pacemaker cases. Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (or compact equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown or PCU nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications required
• Dysrhythmia exam completion prior to start (study guide provided)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• EPIC experience and Critical Care Course strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments, develop and modify care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Administer medications, manage advanced devices (PICCs, dialysis catheters, wound vacs, etc.), and interpret cardiac telemetry
• Respond confidently to rapid patient changes; serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic, quality care delivery
