A top-tier healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Stepdown and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Stepdown and PCU units
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform assessments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed
- Accurately document clinical observations, patient interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and professional practice standards

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of one year experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
