Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation dates throughout the year for smooth transition
• NBO: 16 hours

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with experience in stepdown or progressive care
• Ability to adapt to multiple units within the same discipline
• Strong clinical assessment and teamwork skills
• Proficiency utilizing EMR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
• Effective communication and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate high-quality patient care in a stepdown setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Float between campuses as needed within your discipline
• Accurately document using EPIC EMR
• Participate in charge and precepting roles as assigned
• Follow facility policies for call shifts, overtime, and charge/preceptor pay
