Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Stepdown nursing experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC experience a plus)
• Adaptability, strong communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to Stepdown-level patients alongside interdisciplinary teams
