Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing and monitoring patients with complex health needs
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to prioritize and respond effectively in fast-paced situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions for patients transitioning from critical care
• Monitor vital signs and interpret telemetry, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to plan and evaluate care
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and perform other clinical procedures as directed
• Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
