Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing, with current state authorization
• Recent stepdown or progressive care experience strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of monitoring, assessment, and intermediate-level intervention protocols
• Proficiency with electronic health records and evidence-based nursing practices
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient care situations collaboratively
