Required Skills & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Proficient with telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, and acute care protocols
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• BLS and ACLS certification (preferred or as required by facility)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and telemetry rhythms
• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as ordered
