Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals and cardiac rhythms in a Telemetry unit
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to any changes in patient condition, providing advanced cardiac life support as needed
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, delivering education and support on cardiac health
• Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Previous experience in Telemetry nursing preferred
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and rhythm interpretation
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
