Schedule/Hours:

• Travel/Contract position; shifts may include days, nights, or weekends in accordance with facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients on telemetry units.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams on patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.
• Respond swiftly to urgent medical situations and intervene using advanced clinical judgment.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac health and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state or compact).
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Telemetry or Progressive Care Unit.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Adaptability to new technologies and documentation platforms.
