Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down units
  • Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and executing appropriate interventions
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms via telemetry equipment, identifying and responding rapidly to changes in patient conditions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Document patient assessments, care plans, and responses to treatment accurately and timely in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and ongoing care needs
  • Maintain adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
