Key Required Skills and Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in any of the following: Telemetry, Med Surg, or Tele nursing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Comfort with electronic health records and charting systems
• Adaptable, skilled at working in varied environments, and excellent at interpersonal communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assessment within Telemetry and Med Surg units
• Monitor, record, and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry data
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their stay
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control practices
• Document accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility protocol
