What we're seeking:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Minimum 1+ year experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) setting
• Strong EKG interpretation skills and proficiency in telemetry monitoring
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, changing hospital environments

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective tele-nursing care to acutely ill patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize and respond to arrhythmias
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient management
• Document accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatment and ongoing care needs
