Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid for practice in North Carolina
• At least one year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and manage advanced IV drips as ordered
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
• Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and discharge instructions
