Key Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms and working with telemetry technology
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, observing vital signs and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and adhere to best safety practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge instructions
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress thoroughly
