Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Demonstrated experience in telemetry nursing
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Strong assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical priorities
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide focused, bedside care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
• Perform regular assessments and accurately interpret patient telemetry data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all care activities and changes in condition using Epic
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate critical information promptly
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, cardiac monitoring, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment
