Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• 1+ year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients’ cardiac status, intervening per protocol for changes
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Safely administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Educate patients and families on ongoing health status and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation
• Partner with physicians and allied health staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
