Qualifications:
- Valid RN license (current and unrestricted)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment for telemetry patients
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately in electronic records
