Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and caring for patients in step-down/telemetry units
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac and vital signs, interpreting and responding to changing patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education in line with care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, evidence-based care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Support patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate environment
