Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients while monitoring cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, interpret patient data, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Illinois or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
