Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in telemetry nursing
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and continuous ECG monitoring
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary medical teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor cardiac status of patients, recognizing and reporting changes promptly
• Assess, plan, and document individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
• Administer medications and perform necessary nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Assist with cardiac procedures and respond rapidly to emergencies
• Educate patients and families about telemetry monitoring and plan of care
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital policies and all safety standards
