Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, and cardiac care
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly identifying changes and reporting concerns
• Deliver patient-centered care to diverse adult populations with acute cardiac conditions
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to develop and implement individual care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide comprehensive patient and family education
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards
