Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Telemetry or Tele unit
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and arrhythmia recognition
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and respond quickly to changing patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, promptly identifying any significant changes
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with cardiac and other complex conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Perform timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and care outcomes in the EMR
• Provide thorough patient education regarding cardiac health, medications, and procedures
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions swiftly and safely
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment through adherence to established protocols
