Registered Nurse - Telemetry | Farmville, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience as a Telemetry or RN-Tele nurse
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and managing telemetry equipment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Adaptability, excellent communication abilities, and effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the telemetry unit
• Closely monitor vital signs, interpret cardiac rhythms, and promptly respond to any changes in patient conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide patient education regarding disease management and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, care, and interventions according to facility protocols

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
