Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in good standing
• At least one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) setting
• Ability to monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythm strips
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and specialized telemetry support
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms, reporting changes promptly to physicians
