Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor patients in a telemetry unit, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding appropriately to emergent situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and modify individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, assist with procedures, and document all patient interventions and progress.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medication protocols, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Operate and troubleshoot telemetry equipment, maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing (RN-Tele).
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous travel assignment experience preferred but not required.
