Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Greensboro, NC

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Proven skills in cardiac monitoring and interpretation of telemetry strips
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care and monitoring for patients requiring cardiac telemetry
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving telemetry protocols and best practices
