Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Greensboro, NC

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week, nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)
• Length: 26-week assignment (no 13-week options)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotations required
• Charge RN shifts as needed
• Floating required across all affiliated healthcare facilities

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, with experience in Telemetry and Med-Surg/Telemetry settings
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Must pass an EKG exam during onboarding
• Previous charge nurse or leading shift experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care to a primarily Med-Surg patient population in a telemetry-capable setting
• Perform blood product administration, peripheral line care, IV initiation
• Administer medications including heparin, insulin, and PCA
• Monitor patients on nasal cannula and practice isolation precautions
• Activate and collaborate with Rapid Response teams when required
• Adapt and float to different units and locations as dictated by patient care needs
