Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry or Cardiac monitoring
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Adaptability to new environments and rapid learning abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and care for patients on Telemetry units
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and notify providers of significant changes
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and standards
