Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) - Groton, NY

Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in a Telemetry unit
• Proficiency with Epic EHR is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct bedside care to telemetry patients, including monitoring, assessment, and timely interventions
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes using Epic
• Respond to changes in patient conditions with sound clinical judgment and appropriate escalation
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Uphold all facility protocols and regulatory requirements for quality and safety
