Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or RN-Tele nursing
• Proficient in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
• Adept at patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and use of electronic charting systems
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS a plus
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills

Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients closely, especially those requiring telemetry or on Med-Surg/Tele units
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education as ordered
• Effectively communicate clinical changes or concerns to the interdisciplinary team

• Document care interventions, assessments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record
