Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry | High Point, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• 26-week assignment
• Three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Must be flexible to work charge RN shifts and float as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage telemetry and medical-surgical patients, utilizing EKG and rapid response protocols
• Coordinate and deliver patient care, including blood product administration, peripheral line management, IV starts, and medication administration (Heparin, Insulin, PCA)
• Implement isolation precautions and administer oxygen therapy (nasal cannula)
• Maintain thorough documentation within EPIC EMR
• Serve as charge RN when scheduled and adapt to floating between units

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in telemetry and medical-surgical settings
• BLS certification required
• Strong proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam during onboarding
• Proven adaptability and willingness to float to various units and locations as necessary

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
