Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Tele nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new electronic health record systems

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients on Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to alarms, and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and manage patient interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Accurately document all care provided in the electronic health record
