Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• Current certifications in Telemetry and/or Med Surg preferred
• Experience in acute care settings, especially in telemetry and med-surg units
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care on Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, identifying and responding to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document all aspects of care accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
