Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year current experience in Telemetry nursing
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient conditions
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document cardiac and vital signs of patients
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments based on physicians' orders
• Ensure continuity and quality of care for all patients
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
