Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Telemetry/Stepdown unit
  • Proven proficiency in cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry rhythms
  • Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring
  • Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms, notifying physicians of significant changes
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
  • Educate patients and families about treatments and ongoing care needs
  • Uphold strict safety, infection control, and documentation standards
