Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current RN license, valid in the state of Pennsylvania (or compact license)
• At least one year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly and communicate clearly within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
• Recognize cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver top-quality care
• Administer medications and update patient records accurately
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care needs
