Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- BLS, ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Adaptable to new environments and workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients on the telemetry unit
- Monitor, record, and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Communicate patient needs and changes in status to the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
