What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent adaptability—thrives in new environments
• Proven team player with outstanding communication abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to diverse adult patient populations in Telemetry and Med-Surg settings
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize EKG changes, and intervene appropriately
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions based on physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Consistently document and report accurate patient assessments and changes
