Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Newfield, New York

Dedicated and skilled registered nurses are invited to provide high-quality bedside patient care within a telemetry setting. This contract opportunity calls for expertise in monitoring, assessing, and supporting patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their hospital stay.

Schedule & Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license with a strong clinical foundation
• Proven experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) nursing
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and prioritize patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care to patients on telemetry monitoring
• Accurately interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams on patient treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care routines
• Thoroughly document observations, interventions, and patient responses in Epic
• Adhere to all hospital protocols for safety, hygiene, and quality care
• Balance clinical tasks with compassionate support for patients and their loved ones

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
