Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position with flexible shift options, including day and night opportunities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Proven experience in Telemetry and/or Medical-Surgical nursing.
  • Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and assessment of patients in a telemetry setting.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous hospital or acute care experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient status, particularly in telemetry and med-surg units.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized patient care plans.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
  • Support unit operations by assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.

$1,961 - $2,067/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
