Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Pittsford, New York

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Proficient in utilizing telemetry equipment and related technology
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly addressing changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Administer medication and provide bedside care according to established protocols
• Clearly communicate patient status to physicians and family members
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
