Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN) in Randleman, NC

As a Travel RN specializing in Telemetry, you will spend 26 weeks immersed in diverse patient care settings, gaining exposure to innovative workplace practices and leadership approaches. Expand your resume by mastering new protocols and technologies, all while exploring a welcoming region filled with recreational pursuits and memorable downtime activities.

Schedule/Hours:

• 26-week assignment commitment (no 13-week options)
• 3x12s, Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and participation in the holiday rotation
• Will cover Charge RN shifts and float to different units as needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• BLS certification (required)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records (required)
• Prior RN—Telemetry and/or Med/Surg experience
• Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding
• Comfortable with 1:6 nurse-patient ratios
• Flexibility to float across various units and sites

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to primarily Med/Surg patients on a telemetry-capable unit
• Manage peripheral IVs, start IVs, and administer blood products, Heparin, Insulin, and PCA
• Effectively use rapid response teams and adhere to isolation precautions
• Provide respiratory support (nasal cannula)
• Lead shifts as Charge RN when needed

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
