Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Previous experience in a Telemetry setting required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Adaptable to new settings and able to collaborate in diverse teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes
- Accurately document all relevant patient information
