Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Recent experience in Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Strong patient assessment and telemetry monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and continuous cardiac monitoring for telemetry patients
• Interpret EKGs, recognize cardiac rhythms, and promptly notify physicians of any changes
• Administer treatments and medications per physician orders
• Document patient responses and updates accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Offer patient and family education to support recovery and ongoing care
