Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Strong background working in Telemetry units
• Ability to interpret and monitor cardiac rhythms accurately
• Excellent assessment, communication, and prioritization skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
• Adaptability and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Observe, assess, and document vital signs, responding promptly to changes
• Interpret, analyze, and report on ECG rhythms, collaborating with providers on patient management
