Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
- Adaptability and clear communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
- Administer medications and manage infusions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and care plans
- Document patient care and updates in electronic medical records
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
