What You’ll Do:

• Monitor patients with cardiac conditions, interpreting telemetry data and responding promptly to changes
• Administer medications, coordinate treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols
• Ensure the highest level of patient safety and care throughout every shift

Qualifications Sought:

• Active RN license in Illinois or Compact License eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and charting systems
