Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Principal Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing changes and responding accordingly
• Provide holistic nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit
• Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and support staff
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor for side effects or complications
• Educate patients and families on procedures, conditions, and discharge planning
