Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week (rotating)
• Multiple positions available

Core Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum two years of recent RN-Telemetry experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac and vital signs, quickly identifying and communicating changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Consistently document assessments, interventions, and care progress
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
