Schedule:

• 3x12 hour rotating shifts
• Multiple positions available

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Telemetry unit
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac and vital signs, interpret telemetry data, and respond to changes promptly
• Implement physician orders, manage acute and chronic patient conditions, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning, patient assessments, and education
